Smart underground parking

The number of cars is increasing, and parking spaces are lacking.

All available market reports indicate that the number of passenger cars on Polish roads is increasing. This obviously translates into a lack of available parking spaces, both in city centers and on residential and private property parking lots.

As reported by the NIK report from 2019:

Since the early 1990s, the number of registered vehicles has been steadily increasing. According to data from the Polish Motor Association, in 1990 there were over 9 million registered vehicles in Poland, of which passenger cars accounted for 58.2%. By mid-2017, there were over 28 million vehicles on Polish roads, of which 22 million were passenger cars (78.6%). This means that in the last 25 years, the number of passenger cars on Polish roads has quadrupled.

The conclusion is this: all solutions that utilize vertical space, freeing us from the available horizontal space, are needed. Hence the popularity of multi-level parking lots, which, however, do not meet the needs of individual users. Moreover, they are characterized by a technical design. SUpark, on the other hand, can be used by a single user, and its design is not a disadvantage but an advantage – the SUpark underground garage itself is a decoration of the property. The neighbors of the SUpark garage owner envy not only the car?
