The SUpark underground garage is significantly different from a workshop lift. It consists of a lifting device that operates based on a cable drive, housed in a concrete pit. Additionally, SUpark stands out because its upper platform rests on only two supports and can be covered with any material: paving stones, bricks, or grass, making the garage almost invisible.

The SUpark device is installed in a pre-built reinforced concrete pit. The external dimensions depend on the ground conditions in which it is constructed. The garage is hidden underground, freeing up space on the property itself. This allows you to enjoy additional space for parking a second car, a basketball court, or an extra lawn.

Garage
The SUpark garage is approximately 16m², so if we call it a garage, according to the amendment to the Building Law, freestanding, single-story buildings, including garages, utility buildings, and shelters, with a building area of up to 35m², do not require a building permit. Importantly, the total number of such buildings on one plot cannot exceed two per 500m² of plot area.
Parking Space
However, if we call SUpark a parking space, a building permit will not be necessary as long as the number of planned parking spaces does not exceed 10. Article 29(1)(10) of the Building Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1202, as amended) states that the construction of parking spaces for passenger cars up to 10 spaces inclusive does not require a building permit. This type of construction also does not need to be reported to the architectural and construction administration authority. -

When creating the SUpark residential underground garage, we wanted to prove that a garage can be climate-friendly. Thanks to its underground structure, SUpark does not absorb heat, making it environmentally neutral. Another advantage is that it can be fully recycled.

A vehicle with the following maximum dimensions can park in the SUpark:
Maximum vehicle length: 5.65 m
Maximum vehicle width with mirrors: 2.4 m
Maximum vehicle height: 2 mMaximum vehicle weight: 4 tons.

The designed lifting system, depending on the model, guarantees a load capacity for vehicles with a maximum weight ranging from 2 to 4 tons.

Lifting
SUpark is most commonly equipped with a 7.5 kW motor. The operating time during lifting is less than a minute. Therefore, it can be easily calculated that the cost per lift is approximately 40 groszy.Lowering
In the case of lowering, the motor works in reverse as a generator, producing electricity instead of consuming it. In summary, parking a car using this solution does not cost more than opening and closing an electric gate. -
When designing the SUpark underground garage, we thought primarily about comfort of use and high functionality. We have anticipated the risk of failure or lack of power, which is why SUpark can be equipped with an emergency opening system.
Moreover, the device is adapted to connect a power generator. The engine powering the device is 7.5 KW, so the unit is not powerful. In this case, there is no risk that you will not get into your car.

In the SUpark underground garage, the temperature remains constant throughout the year, ranging between 4-5°C. This stability greatly enhances comfort, especially on hot or cold days, before starting your journey.

In the SUpark residential underground garage, your car is safe. The upper edge of the construction is sealed and has special openings that effectively drain water, protecting both the car and the garage from flooding.

When designing the SUpark residential underground garage, we took into account the weather conditions in Poland. Once the garage is closed, the chamber is 100% sealed, ensuring that no water can enter.

The upper platform of the SUpark residential underground garage can be finished with any material: paving stones, bricks, or grass. This allows you to enjoy additional space and use it in any way you choose.

In the basic version of G20S, ventilation is automatic, each time the container is opened and closed. In other SUpark garage models, ventilation is provided by drying devices. Inside the garage, there are ideal conditions for storing vehicles and other goods - the temperature is 4-5°C and there are no problems with, for example, water condensation. SUpark can also be equipped with additional heating.

Frost is not an issue for SUpark. The garage offers an anti-icing system as an additional option, which automatically activates when the temperature drops below 3°C. It also includes special heating mats that effectively prevent the upper platform from freezing and snow accumulation.

The installation of the SUpark car elevator takes a maximum of 72 hours. That's less than a weekend getaway.

The site preparation for the installation of the structure is the client's responsibility, but it can also be entrusted to us. Once the site is ready for use, we deliver the integrated structure, install it, and activate it... and that's it!

The warranty is 2 years, but we provide a 15-year warranty for the structure of the SUpark underground garage itself. It covers any fault resulting from faulty manufacturing or installation, provided the garage is regularly serviced.
